bits city attorney when was short-term rentals were completely illegal anything under thirty days was illegal we as a city had resource issues in enforcing this issue i had a couple of questions i tomentd ask i think this legislation did move us you know maybe 60 or 50 percent of what and able to accomplish a lot of things but still a lot of tie ups i had questions about the specific pieces we've put in one i had received an e-mail about two questions of how notifications to homeowner association and property owners were cutting-edge specifically with hr n planning is required to send a notice to the cpr n when someone within a that address how are we treating that
