be enforced on weekends many church activities took place during the week we have members from oakland and as far away from hayward and for them to be parking again it seems to me ridiculous we have a daycare center to require the workers to have to come out and leave the children unattended to move their cars is ridiculous we find out after november of 2014 about this initiative is a slight as a church community a slight to the people in the community if you go ahead with this you need to consider that you're allowing approximately 2 hundred and thirty petitions to effect

scare voted 6 in favor 4 against two abstained you you know a lot of the data is anecdotal the method of collecting varies and difficult definitely to say roughly speaking 6 out of 12 love it 4 out of 12 hate it it and two don't have an opinion it's tough it make a decision we've tried hard to demonstrate a position one way or the other it is maybe more sports in opposition but certainly a lot of well articulated and passionate support? my lengthy way of saying you have a difficult decision notch of you. >> i think director borden has a question. >> are there specific issues

3:54 pm
against neighbors no new parking has been created it is just a hunting license and the fact it is the same procedure for 40 years might possibly be a signal you might want to consider changes for the moving forward why should it be that a few hundred people can initiate the process but to get out of it later on if it is imposed on neighborhoods 50 percent of the neighborhoods have to sign up but to get out you have to have a variety number of neighbors signing something has to be changed i want to see perp some cumulative impact analysis you did boubltdz and bike lanes and car share
3:55 pm
spaces and allow the shuttle buses to park and there's construction but all those other things are taking away parking at the same time, we're trying to limit it with this loophole look at ways to do lower costs for motorcycles and low income persons for various reasons and if you feel you must do parking permits south of fell i personally suggest you add an area s don't give our people in the lower hate ashbury the disadvantage of having to put up with neighborhoods from that up the hill thank you. >> (clapping.)
