housing needs so i think we should take into consideration all the land that san francisco owns in alameda and san mateo counties which or has control over because this would be an ideal place to look at not only affordable housing but market rate you housing all types of housing to fulfill our needs to try to think we can build within the 346 square miles of san francisco there could be a case that the housing on the land should count towards the quiets that san francisco should build as part of meeting the housing demand alameda county gets credit for housing built east of livermore it typically one of

the reasons their satisfying their affordable housing goals even the maurlt housing built there it is low enough to get the one hundred and 20 per actually, we learned a long time we couldn't put an airport or water system here the jail here there is only so much land one of the solutions for the housing plan to look at some of the los angeles police department we have control over identifiable we have to have the consent under the communities i know that san francisco land has been used for housing in the pleasantville area it was privately bltd built but the land was sold is to the developer by the city and they developed it i'm sure something like that could be work out and
