to go back to the traffic endorsement camera i wanted clarity to legislations that you've talked about today, the first is the assemblyman chiu's ab state and federal 87 i'm curious what type of enforcements on parking it is the effort what specifically are we enforcing through the cameras and proposals on this legislation. >> well what kind of parking violations. >> i don't know. >> that's what i was assuming i can't answer that. >> supervisor kim currently we have the authority to enforce double parking but not moving violations is to the continued moving violation it is a traffic violation or a point on the

budget or the increase or decrease of the item there in climate 3 the total of what the original budget was and plus or minus the chance with the new total amount this budget boils down to 4 stems we're requesting in item two one is the sales tax revenue an increase of $7 million for the tax revenue and had a stronger than exterminate economy and have had new grants 4 new grants in the past months with a city combined project and assistant grant transit passenger annihilation grant as well as a late night transportation grant requested by supervisor wiener within the

federal grant we've increased them the car sharing and electric if i had car share it will be anticipating those purchase of the vehicles going to be anticipate will be in this year's budget i 80 the yerba buena grant we're anticipating a combination of $7.5 million decrease in the project and as we brought to you before many times we've had issues with unusual warm weather it detailed the tree removal to august to 2016 nothing to be concerned about we have a change in the fulsome ramps we would have received a request of an additional 6 hundred thousands of work from ocii this was increased construction

costs as stated we have also additional information we received last thursday as in the forum past committee meetings some contaminated dirt and ways to work with caltrain and ocii to identify what the proper protocol it was identified it will cost $1.2illion to remove the dirt ms. an emergency type of expenditure need we'll be bringing this request this $1.2 million revenues and expenditures directly to this month board meeting this will go to the ocii on the 17 and bringing this before the board this is an additional board amendment and lastly in terms of major changes to the budget

we're addressing $1.4 million to presidio parkway this is toll money expenditures that haven't been properly supported by caltrain yet before we pay the charges we're requesting additional support from caltrain and moving down the line the third item in the budget amendment the expenditures the capital project expenditures $25 million decrease for the radio replacement and central control communication projects mta is over seeing the projects and the projects have not accrued costs as quickly in the schedule further below coordinating expenditures with the grant designation and for the fourth financial item we're

increasing personnel costs by $345,000 this is related to the reorganization back in march 2014 that the board approved adding new positions for the 3 positions we have currently staffed 5 of the 8 positions those positions will not be staffed until we have the funding to be able to pay for those positions and towards the end of the memo an attachment a and b, a is a consolidation of a level of what the changes are and the proposed apartments and b listed the revenues grants and detailed expenditures and on february 25th this item was brought before the committee the committee voted for the item unanimously in terms of fiscal

impacts increasing the revenues and decreasing the revenues by $30 million this is no depth for the transportation authority total budget with that i'd like to open up for questions you might have. >> supervisor campos. >> thank you mr. chairman and the presentation i do want to follow up on the fulsome street off-ramp so who is responsible for cleaning up the contamination that was found. >> actually tilly chang our executive director. >> we on behalf of ocii are the project sponsors we're responsible inform facilitate the movement of materials but the owner of the material caltrain is forever the owner of the materials the city may need to sign a manifest as the

project sponsor to have some ability to track you know how the project is initiated by the city but caltrain it the owner of the material and the city has to sign a mapping festive we transport to the location. >> so caltrain may get to reinforce the caltrain authority. >> we had some hope we'll be able to partner with them for the total of it because they laid material there 5 or 10 years ago and in the ends they feel like that project is independent of f this is the city's responsibility because we're disturbing the material in order to build the ramp even though officially that's their ramp we're the ones causing the
