california an old friend of thirty years had his rent increased 17 times what he was paying he's lucky to find a place in berkley and but it is in an area that didn't have transportation and he's disabled those stories i mean senior housing i'm on two lists i've been on two lists for 5 years that's how large the demand is i really want you to get it maybe if you have good incomes or own your own home you don't but this is a terrible shame i don't know any other city in the united states that's going through this i want the measure to go back when the.org breaks were given and the corporate

able to bring in people from out of town to buy up houses and turn them over and so we're getting a lot of raise in the rentals so buying - pitting in the money i mean the time to get those statistics in is really violate i think you're doing a would be doing a good service and just driving down market street you can count over a dozen new high-rises of like she said what are they called the - the people that are now
