so i located two individuals with a permit on hand i introduced them to the condition that a permit event (laughter) wrap up. >> the condition that outdoor event can't be 5ub9 past 2 hundred feet i advised them how they might measure that moving forward so to encourage them to apply much further for events we have a couple of new classrooms 298 right around the same area newly opened 0 was i'll be going by and making sure that everything

is closed up making sure there's no leak during my sound inspection there was a couple of suggestions about the roof so i'll talk with them so see if the work was done and it seems as though another agencies around the city have been taking an active roll in coming to me with some after hours events like the bayview station and the city attorney there's a lot of communication that is not something we're directly involved in but like to work with the police and city attorney's to make sure that if things are being a nuisance to but surrounding neighbors so that wraps up my report any questions?

plan is presented the developer will be notified the entertainment commission will go be notified as well and have the opportunity to hold a hearing on the relationship too the probation officer e we tweaked with the planning to mull if i and make sure the planning commission has enough time to submit their represents to planning and deploying on how to make sure those two constitution o exist the second major aspect of the legislation if the probation officer e is operating within the terms of the permit the terms the city has asked them to comply with the city is asking a venue and it is doing so we have a responsibility to allow them to continue this is an important aspect and thirdly before a resident an owner or

leaser moves into a new residential unit they'll be notified by the landlord or seller so there's a disclosure please be advised there's a music venue that may impact you there that maybe noise and people on the sidewalks know that and jocelyn made good comments that she interactions with people that come to the commission because they toured a residence on tuesday afternoon they move in and friday night is a different story ultimately we want people to be happy as well as allow the venues to continue to operate and the fourth component is your commission actually have has the authority of the police code to modify the
