support they create a 4 year plan their monitoring their academic achievement so when students fall into those statistics they provide the credit recovery in order to get the streets back open track for graduation and this has been a collaborative process over the last few years this year we have finally systemically provided a process to provide the council's and others about their students off track status and this was developed in collaboration with the festers about the process o so what happens every september or february it is provided to the school sites they review the data and essentially we mail letters home to the students
