last year the port extended the deadline for forest city to submit it's ceqa application to the planning department because at the time voters were about to consider or just considered prop b requiring a voter requirement of height limits the city went on to proposal on on the june 2014 ballet proposition increasing the height from 40 to 90 photo that passes they went on to file the ceqa application december 10th of last year to get the ceqa process rolling fourth amendment required the ceqa application for approval in the 3 six months period from
