last year the port extended the deadline for forest city to submit it's ceqa application to the planning department because at the time voters were about to consider or just considered prop b requiring a voter requirement of height limits the city went on to proposal on on the june 2014 ballet proposition increasing the height from 40 to 90 photo that passes they went on to file the ceqa application december 10th of last year to get the ceqa process rolling fourth amendment required the ceqa application for approval in the 3 six months period from

march of 2014 to march of 2017 because we moved that deadline to foil the second application until december 10th the 7-eleven market will make a change to that under the original fourth amendment forest or forest city paid the project costs treated and predevelopment costs under the sheet this is city staff time and legal costs associated with the project under semester we're keeping the same 3 six months it will but muttered loans the december they filed the levitation and thes. authorized it to negotiate for a different mechanism to reinforce the city costs subject to a

later approval one option to treat the city costs as a result port investment in the project subject to american people interest return similar to what you'll see in the t and g item up next so the next steps in the project the forest city will long with the planning department be publishing a environmental impact report on may 6th in about a week or so we will expect to have a scope on the project may 28 at the port offices we'll start to get public input for the next phase of the project we appreciate our consideration for thes. i'll be happy to answer any questions.
