from president obama to provide housing for veterans we're proposing to issue one hundred and one rfps half of the units for formally homeless developers and ground floor services that serve those formally homeless veterans and half of the units 50 for low income famed and low income families means for everyone where a councilmember sharp so services for the two kinds of populations we do engage our staff, a stakeholder group consisting of the veterans administrations and other housing policy and public agencies mayor's office of housing and other advisory human services that provides is services would participate with an nonprofit to have a service

operating component to that and because of the formally homeless xhoirnt component that is from is newsom administration to shift for housing first a subsidy program that really provides accident operating gaps that is where the city is pitting money on is operating side we'll request through the sources some to be determined future bonding others we're running a parallel path we can't wait for all is money to be additionally this housing crisis the capital fund will be provide through this ofsdz through the budget and so on and so forth potential bonding and is operating for those 50 units of formally homeless is city provides that through the operating contract that will be approved by is board i see here we still have our
