left-hand turn it causes a back up and twin peaks boulevard coming through an this by this clayton street it is a very busy street to handle traffic we've talked about alternatives early on trying to commodity the left-hand turn but we have concern about other impacts by doing so we have heard interest a number of residents on caramel street and been send e-mails and talking about this proposal in anticipations of our proposal today i apologize if i have not spoken to a particular gentleman a lot of folks we've been sending e-mails to the neighborhood and a lot of them are concerned about the traffic turning on caramel street if we prohibit
