33 percent of affordability we obviously need a transit friendly for workers and residents and make sure we are planning for this neighborhood with the appropriate open space and other infrastructure it is needed for this neighborhood as we have more developers looking at the site and now we've set a goal of 33 percent it is important we achieve that i think our city properties should be the role model for the private developers to insure we hit the goals i want to emphasize that i really i will support supervisor campos in doing another look at the implementation of our surplus property ordinance this is certainly an important one and i think that we just want to make sure we're a he mom and pop a level of affordability for all

>> good morning, everybody. welcome to beautiful delores park. this is a long time coming. back in 2008, voters approved a clean and safe neighborhood parks bond which allocated about $14 million to improve this incredible park. our goal together we are going to build the new dolores park that is going to be built to last. it is going to retain all of it's important features, all of it's historic

qualities, all of it's essential beauty. but yet be built with the idea that this is whenever people come. >> we are going to be renovating all six tennis court's, replacing the basketball court with operations underneath so the staff has the ability to maintain the park. we are completely renovating the irrigation system and in addition to the operations we are building two new restroom buildings. this fund was part of the park renovation fund. we knew community was very supportive of a renovation fund. we engaged in a community process which we began with the park to do a detailed assessment of the condition of the park and

middle graders rule in the city of san francisco we are here in the hood united playaz i've had the pleasure of knowing rudy and those kids the generation before them we worked together on the streets in those early years i think the message to us and the city give us a chance i know our chief and supervisors supervisor kim and supervisor london breed and i joined together with our education leaders our school district to say that we had to give our kids more than the chance and these days i think earlier in the years about a chance to recover and restore justice we had a lot of problems these today's daisy it is about prevention and success in those kids eyes we have the new leaders coming broad san
