opportunity to discuss this isue. our property is a property that is recurrently blighted by graffiti, one spray can from the street level which we have been able to clean up and another is high on the side thof building which can only be accessed with ladders oaf the property of the adjacent build{this we haven't been able to fix ourselves and when the city has painted over the graffiti the graffiti artist come back and paint it over again in the next twore 3 days. this has gone on for about 10 years. it is pointless to pay someone to paint over this knowing in 3 or 4 days it will be painted over again. we don't have access to the wall because it is on someone elses property and a laider or some other device to get on the too
3:11 pm

translation available if people call. we do encourage property owners to call the office so we can assist them and so that is what we encourage and the notice does provide our information for contact. >> okay, so you say that the faq in multiple languages are available wrrks are they available? >> through my office >> so someone that gets your english language notice has a phone number on it and that person has to call that phone number will connect them to someone who speaks their language and they have to understand the mechanism of the city enough to wade through that process. that seems like
3:19 pm
a hurtle for-since the goal is compliance, not punishment does it seem as though the department might have message that may be adapted particularly to some of the challenges cases that would make it ease wrr for people to comply? >> they stipulate a hard ship >> can you speak in into the mike >> if they spipulate a hard ship in any manner we do have a tend teens work with them whether it by abatement or internal 3 do a contractor, any means >> just words like stipulation and abatement say this is kind of like our insider speaks. so for example, would it be possible for a one page notice to aacompny these warnings that has in several different
