unfortunate we're back here going again hearing this we actually kind of set the discussions on mcds in the mcd years and in this instance i heard a lot of misinformation from folks testifying i live within blocks of mcd i have 3 young children there isn't not effecting us negatively or people of the state of california it is a well run business and things don't happen negatively around it necessarily we were here not 3 weeks ago with a mcd in dog patch no one was testifying it was previewed without neighborhood opposition there was neighborhood support but we don't have anyone here

but on the operators side two i think we set things back by coming back again at the same site we have a cu implemented which i don't think it appropriated this not our call it has a cu the board passed that i don't think it should be a cu it limits the locations where mcds go imthis commission is i am reintroducing to expand the green zone by reducing the radius around the schools and things like that but i don't think it has a big impact but this case sets the movement back by requiring the mcds in the sunset there are no mcd and probably should be an anyone who wishes to speak mcd but now a higher bar i'm torn on this one
