>> right. >> it might be good for us for the record as the department department. >> right here where the plumbing or other structures that create immediate injury will be given time to correct the the problem with no administrative final side. >> before we move on with the motion or modify this motion in general this legislation inherits some brother-in-law but from tonight what i sort of mystified i've not heard whether there is indeed a problem i've haven't heard outreach to the community which is effected the business owners and haven't heard whether the fin structure

has justification or rational i have not heard any sort of assessment of the unintended consequences as the legislation was handled so i think that the flaws some of the flaws are inherited and some flaws are part of the new additions to the legislation and i think that when we have an opportunity to address a piece of legislation we should tale with is it in its entirety i feel we're not there yet we can make specific recommends as part of the motion go that the supervisors office consider those and if someone wants to amend the motion or otherwise second it as stated but we can't support is it as

a future meeting and to note about the month ago legislation the mayor signed it on may 28 is going into effect in a month supervisor wiener is still planning to move forward about his proposed amendments that we've discussed and they're listed in any report he's planning to move forward with those amendment property owner to the planning code and then a couple of items supervisor wiener there's been new revised sugar sweetened beverages legislation most of that not pertaining to small business except for supervisor wiener is just requiring nos like cigarettes to have health nos on advertising they need to insure the advertising has did warning notice and supervisor

tang is calling for a hearing to discuss the restaurant permitting process this will focus on the work that jane kim is doing with the controller's office and mapping out this process arrest and then various legislation weeping we'll be hearing around allowing limited live performance in the western south of market district for more commissioners when we first heard the limit live performance the commission recommend this should be include in the western selma district but those that we're working on the community plan requested not be in it, it is readded but you'll be hearing that in an upcoming meeting and lastly next week on june 16th the small business commission network is having their gala and
