we briefed you in june probably more significance the fact we're erecting steel we've moved into the eastern zone and pouring concrete on the deck this is the slide we track the progress and milestones the key we're leaving that did t go wall will be completed in september and possibly as early as august and structural steel is doing better as fabrication and deliveries continue to build but they're still behind we're shooting for the spring april 2016 of erection target overall progress i'm sure you're aware of it is hard to tell but you see up there in the middle we've crossed into the eastern zone of steel construction in the wail pours almost completed

in the eastern end and some of the other features the contingency tracking slide in june were related to change orders it is if there are any questions i can address those specifically as featured about four 4 change orders for the structural steel we have one recording in june, i mentioned it happened early in the month unfortunately on tuesday evening an incident with a homeless person for cautionary pumpers he respect to the e.r. and on the course of drugs and follow-up appointments it is a recordable incident they recorded it and i'm not sure about the homeless person but trying to be as vigilant as soon as possible and keep the individuals safe 2 hundred and

recognized by the oldest and chamber of commerce this is the farther they've chosen to recognize a public agency in particular the woman as outstanding as director kaplan going back to notifying the transbay transit was the first project in the united states to have specific outreach to the lgbt chamber of commerce bottom line she brought together small business administrations and caltrain was at the table and the african-american and the small business office for the first time ever collaborated under maria's leadership for the lgbt to participate in this project so they're going to be recognizing her at this large event and on behalf of the lgbt
