i've lived in district seven for a decade. i worked for many years as a journalist. i worked hard at city hall to give residents a choice. i was raised by my single mom and grandmother. they didn't have much education, but they taught me how to get things done with the resources i have. i'm running for supervisor to be an advocate for parents, small businesses, and homeowners. city hall should be treating them like customers, without without them, we don't have a city. an entrepreneur should be able to open a business without road blocks. people should feel safe living here. that means focusing on the basics and getting the basics right: clean streets, less crime, and better services.
