time fines of 250,000 for lots of residential units up to 500,000 for damage loss to historic structure fine is trigger when notice of violation is issued. remove the 5 year prohibition on construction for violations. amend the ordinance so adding more than 3 units subject to the 250 thousand dollars fine instead of only 2 units. and final low to encourage the board of prierzs to consider a lower limit from the 50,000 minimum amount at the board of appeals may lower illegal demolitions or residential unit cases that are appealed to them. supervisor ronen, incorporated all but one modification for the mittee to consider. the modification she did not take the final recommendation to lore the limit the board miassess for illegal demolition cases there is little discussion and one public commenter in

policy recommendations. and since then we have been working on the environmental review for this we hope to be back for the approval next week. so very high level, the updated plan that we are calling the waterfront plan continues with the same priority and goals as the original planful but add new goal policies to include equity competence inclusion. recognizing the blue green way and planning for open space to continue the bay trail from mission croak to the county line to the south. recognize the need for multimodal transportation and enhandled connection to the water front and from the region across the bay through the ferries.

presenter. i spoke with mr. chu following this i spoke with him yesterday in regards did i not have enough xhoungz and did i do something wrong. we believe it was an issue of the mailers. i have been attempting to have interactions and for the ccdc i had mr. phil lesser attends meet and explain the project in regards to addressing the vent shown in the previous photos. we make sure in the plan and accordance to d ph there will be no smoke or fumes exhausted anywhere outside of that building toward 810 battery. we replyed question and e mails with maggie donning part of the ccdc and other neighbor who is had question in regard to the neighborhood plan and good

neighbor pol. we addressed those and today with the continued report of the planning department made modifications to our good neighbor policy to make sure we included our staff will not have the right or permission to smoke in and around the building. in excess of a thousand feet. as well asas the smoke vaping lounge there are high rise buildings outside of the 2 buildings this make up thousands of residential units and residents in the area who are not a lotted to motor vehicle in their property due to homeowner guidelines and rules and being the attendance and so we wanted go ahead and our -- as we heard and mr. chu's comments, there are people had are outside motor vehicle nothing san francisco we

knows we walk by we memarijuana. we believe it was a vielth part of our community plan to create a safe space that are not permitted to smoke in their home and they are cannabis consumers to give them a safe place to smoke. and yet today i don't believe there is a crime outside of the smoking lounge due to the intoxication of marijuana. i believe may be a heightened you know -- may be line at the pizza parlor and people are hung row and settled down versus a borrow they come out rowdy alcohol is more of a different inhibitor. um -- also, in regards to you know being too close to a preschool, children you know we believe or i believe in the under the k-12 we don't plan to

have paraphernalia on the exterior. wh they read or not they would not know it was cannabis inside of this building. as well as the approximate suspicioning of the store itself. we are not trying to promote this it is i cannabis store with marijuana signs. we want to make sure to have it fit in the community. you know as of now, this is a vacant building with unfortunately, we clone it up and get graffiti sometimes. there is a lot of needles and empty bottles from different buildings, there is very shady cars in front of the corn 30 do acts. we want to patrol the area for ourselves and the communities we address those issues in the community and the community we are going to be 100 broadway. there are many dispense easier approved today. that are within closer
