is. as of july 31st, 2024, we believe facts are as follows. on sunday,ul 20, dispatch received a call for service. the victim advised dispatch that he had been robbed plaza. the victim stated scooted to the scene of the aed the victim described the victim 150 pounds,ale adult, 20 to 40 approximately five feet six inches, sleeved blue and white sweater, dark bottoms and armed with a gray pistol, fleeing on the black and red scooter in an direction. the officers then provided the suspect description to other officers by radio. at about 11:55 p.m, officers number one and two while on patrol in full urm marked

police vehicle, encountered a person on willow street between va and polk stet. the person was wearing a gray and white jacket, blujeans, andn possession of a black and red scooter. the person was later identified as alexander antonio lopezer matched the description of the onethrobberys stopped their vehicle to contact mr.op. as the officer stopped, mr. lopez began running west on willow street toward van seat avenue. officer nume, seat, exited the vehicle ander one commanded mr. lopez to stop, bu continued to run away from officer number one. as mr. lopez fled, he left the scooter in front of the patrol vehicles dr number two, who was it as the s lopez, officer number one gave a second
