Yu's older sister, Ami, swears vengeance and seeks to find those responsible. But the yakuza gets the best of her and tortures her to the point of even maming her. Ami manages to escape and seeks assistance from two mechanics. They build a machine gun to be used as her arm. Can you guess what happens next?
