another night of unrest in ferguson, a state of emergency in effect one year after the death of michael brown. >> hundreds of people filled the streets overnight. clashing with police in riot gear. at one time unleashed pepper spray. it followed a day of clashes, dozens of arrest. abc's jim ryan is there. >> reporter: almost a festival atmosphere for several hours with protesters listening to music and socializing. and occasionally lobbing insults at the police officer. this ebb and flow lasting throughout the evening hours now, into the early hours. young people at this point, maybe 18-year-olds to 20-year-olds prodomestic nataly here. >> about 60 people were arrested monday and another two dozen overnight.
