this. scene. >> reporter: this is where it started. argument between two man in front of this laundromat at the corner of wyckoff and green. a gun was produced, somebody fired the gun and it hit a bus which was traveling on wyckoff right in front of that bodega. brand-new video 20 minutes ago before they broke down the scene as the driver was led into a waiting ambulance, union officials say that driver was suffering from serious shock after having witnessed this and been through this trauma on his bus, b 13 bus, at about 3:30 this afternoon. we can show you more video of three spent shell casings at green. investigators believe this was a fight between at least two men, one of them fired multiple shots and then one of the bullets went wild, it that bus, the bullet went through a window on the left side, traveled diagonally through the

passenger was sitting. she was grazed in the head by flying glass, caused when the bullet went through the window but she was not seriously hurt and was taken for observation. according to sources, they have video of some men running from the scene but they have not made any arrests. not clear what the motive time this shooting was in the first place. josh einiger, channel 7, eyewitness news. >> keep us posted. new developments in the case of a missing couple in connecticut with their son, kyle, busted on a federal gun charge, telling a judge he is the suspect in the presumed murders of his parents. the pronouncement? after human remains were found in the backyard of the home. all this happening in the fairfield county town of weston. marcus solis is there with the latest. marcus? >> reporter: bill, police investigating the ties to that property, owned by a friend.

kyle navin, prosecutors say the evidence strongly suggests he killed his parents. >> it's crazy. it is absolutely scariest thing i can ever imagine here. >> reporter: reaction from residents on northfield road after seeing state police dig up a yard where two bodies were found. remains believed to be that of jeffrey and jeannette navin who disappeared in august. police have been looking for the couple since there car was found abandoned. >> the remains found at number 89 northfield road in weston are that of two human individuals. >> reporter: they aren't -- business. their son worked for them. authorities have labeled him the prime suspect in the disappearance. among the evidence, a series of text messages in which jeffrey asked his son if he had heard his mother and he was going to the police. the house where the bodies were decade. yesterday, the homeowner be amiss. that has jogged the memory of residents who say they were

surprised to see activity there back in august. >> there was people working on trees and a backhoe and all of a sudden it was like, maybe not even for a week, then all of a sudden it was stopped. >> i'm glad to hear there is some progress being made. she was a very integral part of our society here, our town, being a librarian in the school. and we missed having her about. we were very saddened to hear there could be foul play. >> reporter: no positive identification get from the medical examiner. no charges related to the presumed murdered. kyle navin is being held in custody on a gun charge. live in weston, marcus solis, channel 7 eyewitness news. >> thank you. a deadly accident of building collapse. the building in midtown, 30th between fifth and sixth was undergoing demolition. firefighters rescued another worker trapped in debris for more than three hours. right now in serious condition.
