minnesota police say the self-proclaimed beauty expert purchased the clothes from one macy's only to return them at two other locations for a full refund. the problem? a store employee says kline did not return the right items. >> the tags were taken off and they were placed onto clothes that looked similar but were not the same name brand. >> reporter: according to the police complaint, macy's also said the clothes that were returned were dirty and showed signs of wear. >> there is more than just grab the merchandise and walk out the door. there was a lot of thought put into this, a lot of effort to conceal it. >> reporter: kline starred in a local paper's version of "the housewives of the twin cities." >> i work in a glamor business, in tv and home shopping. but i live in a real world. >> reporter: she's also known for appearing as a model and host on this national shopping show. >> this is the best tool --
