thousands of dollars. 10 on your side has been following temple israel's case for months. in court this week -- leslie bradner admitted to taking more than $60 thousand dollars from the synagogue. bradner was the bookkeeper at temple israel in norfolk for 16 years. she left the job in 2014. a couple months later an outside auditor noticed the missing money. the judge decided to suspend her jail time because bradner's father paid the money back to the temple. "she was employeed with the temple for 16 years and everybody got to know her she was a member of the temple family and it is a real tragedy not only for the temple but for her and her family" bradner got a 4 year sentence but the judge suspended it. she also needs to do 250 hours of community service. court documents show bradner took the money to help pay bills. today -- you can learn more about a new project meant to help with traffic problems in hampton roads.

a man gets arrested at miami's airport after allegedly causing a disturbance in mid-air. the man is accused of shoving a flight attendant. witnesses say they heard the passenger arguing with the attendant, using four language. authorities say he went to the back of the plane, and that's where a a sky marshall held him until the plane landed. you're looking at cell phone video captured by a witness. the passenger sitting next to the man says a bottle of booze fell out of his pocket when he got up. young says: "we see that he was arguing with people around. he was using bad language and then the stewardess came and he was very rude to them."
