the city already divided by a personality clash faces more trouble tonight. expired inspection sticker sparks a new feud with the mayor. a man at the top of the government faces felony charges. what could possibly be next?

the inspection sticker incident following the council meeting took a serious turn. it all ended up with this. among shot of the mayor. now charged with felony eluding police. he was allowed to read the jail on his own. it all began when the sheriff and spotted and the expired inspection sticker on the car. he says the mayor took off instead. leading the mayor and police on a short chase. does the punishment fit the crime? jason: if the mayor is convicted of this felony he could face five years in jail. but his attorney doesn't think the charge will stick. magistrates office with a smile felony. his attorney doesn't think so. >> he is a man.
