tonight on wavy news 10 on fox 43. top negociators from the u-s, japan and south korea met in seoul today to discuss north korea's alleged nuclear test. south korea's foreign minister said the meeting involved a deep discussion about how to respond to the north's claimis. south korea warned north korea today that the u-s and its allies were working on sanctions to inflict pain, and they called on china to do its part to assist. china is north korea's only ally. the south korean president said the new sanctions should be tougher than those in the past, but he did not give specifics. at least 14 people died in a bomb attack at a chief says 12 of the victims were police officers, one was a soldier, and one was a civilian. another 23 people were hurt. authorities say the bomb exploded shortly before vaccination teams were about to head out to neighborhoods to immunize citizens. so far, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack. turkish police say they've detained three

the inspection sticker incident following the council meeting took a serious turn. it all ended up with this. among shot of the mayor. now charged with felony eluding police. he was allowed to read the jail on his own. it all began when the sheriff and spotted and the expired inspection sticker on the car. he says the mayor took off instead. leading the mayor and police on a short chase. does the punishment fit the crime? jason: if the mayor is convicted of this felony he could face five years in jail. but his attorney doesn't think the charge will stick. magistrates office with a smile felony. his attorney doesn't think so. >> he is a man.

jason:wright did not pull over when they tried to stop in for expired aches inspection sticker. the incident started in the garage under portsmouth city hall. watson says he just happened to see the sticker on the mayor's car. was the victim of the setup. michael massey says he wants he watched the news last night and he saw them waiting for the mayor to come out. mattson says it is appalling. some would say that you set the mayor up? you have a microphone and a camera crew there.
