they had no heat - no hot water. the problem - was low gas pressure from a line on the navy base. 21:49 so i call their 24 hour maintenance number which is what they referred us to on their facebook page. which is a call center back in california. this family who asked not to be identified - felt that lincoln military housing should have done more. two people in their home have medical conditions - and they and then an hour later the heat's back on. i didn't want to jump into something we didn't necessarily have to do. 22:45 but - after making 17 phone calls -from noon to nine - they never got any concrete answers. we found out - lincoln military housing couldn't give concrete answers, because they didn't have any. a spokesman tells me they had to wait for the navy have been helpful. 22:53 i thought for sure they'd tell us one way or another. i would have appreciated even if they said don't hold your breath for 12 hours. we they did everything they could. including calling opened up community centers, and ordered

now i also spoke with families who said they felt lincoln military housing situation as best they could. the navy - even opened a base gym so people could get warm showers. duffy says they will review their plans to see how and where they can make things smoother in the future. in norfolk i'm dl 10 on your side. in north carolina -- thousands are still without power across the state. more than eleven-thousand as of this morning at least six people died during the storm -- all of them in traffic accidents. no traffic related deaths
