she is accused of sex crimes with a student, and he did not happen just once, but two times. joe fisher joins us with details. joe: it is the trust we put in teachers that will leave you asking why? these incidents happened after school hours inside hamptons high school. that is an officer started looking into quit and just this morning, she turn result in at least a quarter. a former special education teacher is now locked up and facing big trouble. >> us parents, we take them to school with the intent they will be taught. joe: police say she took indecent liberties with a student last spring. it was he was ago when the same student now 17 told another faculty member about the inappropriate encounters. >> we put our trust and faith in the mentors and teachers to actually teach and guide

joe: loosely validating the fact of this case in november. she was put on leave from her job at hampton high as police investigated. the school district tells 10 on your side that by the end of the month, quinn resigned from her position. to warrants were secured for her and police with looking for the 25-year-old. >> we did try to serve the warrant additionally however, those attempts were not successful. joe: we also try tracking her down at her virginia beach apartment, even calling her on to know numbers. -- two known numbers. no luck. later she arrived at headquarters. the lives she had incidents with other students? >> that has not been confirmed. that have been no other counselor incidents or victims that come forward. i know that is something we are looking into. joe: court documents say just one day after being put on leave from hampton high school, quinn

the bulk of it shows up later on in the afternoon. here we are at the noon hour. all is quiet. by 3:00 or 4:00 it starts sneaking its way across the state line. into the hampton area, certainly for north carolina by 2:00 in the afternoon or 3:00 in the afternoon. 5-10 mile-per-hour winds out of the south. by the midnight hour, it is starting to move out and by 2:00 it is gone. friday, we are left with sunshine and northerly winds at 10 to 15 miles per hour. the longer-range forecast model is looking is little more interesting. number one, the thing is we will remain cool coming tomorrow with a little bit of rain late in the day. friday, more sunshine. likely in the 40's tomorrow and upper 40's on friday. after that, warm up nicely for the weekend. any rain or snow? no.

it will cool down a little bit on tuesday with a cold front dropping through. on wednesday, some rain that is awfully far away to nail it down. it will be in the 50's to near 60 once we get past the weekend. here is what is going on throughout the weekend. cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 30's and low 40's. i don't see a huge drop in temperatures during the overnight hours with the cloud cover we have. the radiation on cooling will not take effect. 35 or 39 degrees closer to the water. here is where we are. temperatures through other area in the upper 30's and low 40's universally. at 9:00, 40. then we start to warm up during the day tomorrow. 44 degrees. we could see a shower at 3:00 but much more likely by 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
