a grand jury has indicted a portsmouth man for allegedly taking indecent liberties with a child. court documents say donald womack gave the 15-year-old victim money, food and alcohol. on three occasions, the documents say the alcohol made the teenager pass out. police say womack innapropriately touched the teenger in october and november. in 2012, a judge sentenced the 41- year-old to serve eight months of a five year sentence for taking indecent liberties with a child. he now faces five new charges. a man is behind bars accused of two robberies in virginia beach. police arrested 63-year-old raymond ellis on abduction and robbery charges. he's accused of approaching victims in a parking lot on rosemont road on january 16 and on january 26 . detectives say ellis approached the victims with a knife. one was sexually assaulted. new information in a deadly robbery in hampton.

hampton police say they have a suspect in custody. police say an employee of the gift card atm store on west mercury boulevard shot two suspects last month. 18-year-old timothy johnson died at the scene. 21-year-old tacarie veney was also shot and went to the hospital. now veney is in jail facing a list of charges. the employee who shot the suspect isn't facing charges because he was legally carrying the gun. portsmouth police are searching for a robbery suspect. officers say someone hit the dollar deals on victory boulevard around 7 last night. this is surveillance video. no one was hurt. the southampton county sheriff's office is investigating a deadly crash. it happened around 5 last night at the interesection of main street or 58 and rochelle street in courtland. investigators say 81-year old alice ricks' car crossed the center line and hit another car head on. she died at the scene. ricks wasn't wearing a seatbelt. the driver and passenger of the other car were hurt. investigators say there was heavy rain at the time of the crash but

available for $7.99. two-hour delivery is free. google fiber is planning to give free high speed internet to thousands of low- income americans. the first place to get it --- a 13-hundred household community in kansas city. the company says it intends to wire select public housing buildings in all of the cities where it operates. it's part of a plan the white house launched last summer to connect low-income households to the internet. a california man is suing mcdonald's over what he says is fake cheese in the fast food restaurant's mozzarella sticks. he is asking for his dollar-and-27 cents back and damages for customers he says were misled. mcdonald's website describes the cheese sticks as made with 100 percent real mozzarella. but the lawsuit claims that the fast food chain instead uses starch additives and other "filler" ingredients. mcdonald's denies the allegations. mcdonald's is making changes to its popular happy meal. from now until february 15, instead of a toy --- happy meals will contain one of four kid's books.

local police are looking to lock up two men they say continue to steal from abc stores. detectives believe they have hit more than a dozen times. portmouth police shared video of the crime with jason. most of the time the suspect comes in alone with a cell phone to his ear and in just a matter of minutes stuffs a bottle down his pants. this is video from the abc store on london boulevard in portsmouth. there you see the suspect right there. police say he always wears the same hat and same coat. on this occasion he is there with his side kick who distracts the employee. police beleive they have hit more than a dozen and a half times in the last couple weeks throughout hampton roads. 55=:52:12 "what we want to do is bring them in and question them but we also want to help the abc store solve all these crimes." coming up tonight at 5:30-- we will show you more video of these two suspects plus the car they are driving around in. see

if you can help police track down these suspects. live in the newsroom jason marks 10 on your side. a prosecutor says two virginia tech students plotted to kill a 13-year-old girl and hide her body. that new information came out druing a bail hearing for 19- year-old natalie keepers. the commonwealth's attorney says keepers and 18-year-old david eisenhauer met at a fast-food restaurant to plan how they'd kill 13-year-old nicole lovell. the prosecutor says eisenhauer admitted to driving to lovell's home, that he saw her climb out of her window, greeted her with a side hug and then brought lovell to keepers. authorities found a weapon but it wasn't described. the commonwealth's attorney didn't give a possible motive or describe how the killing was carried out --- but says lovell's body was put in the back of a lexus. eisenhauer is accused of kidnapping and fatally stabbing nicole. keepers is charged with being an accessory before and after the crime, and accused of helping to hide nicole's body. at the end of the hearing --- the judge denied bail for keepers. the newport news

a colorado hospital is asking thousands of patients to get tested for h-i-v and hepatitis. authorities discovered that a former employee may have stolen narcotic pain medication. the 28-year-old worked during surgeries in operating rooms at the hospital from august 2015 until january of this year. authorities won't say how

patients could have been exposed. only that the tech could have put surgery patients at risk. we are hearing from the harrisonburg mother of three who became the first known case of the zika virus in the commonwealth. heather baker has made 4 trips to guatemala as a missionary over the past 16 months. her symptoms started as swolen lymph nodes, body aches, a rash and joint pain. a test last week confirmed she has zika. baker has taken extra precaution to prevent the spread like not sharing drinks or food with her kids. "we're being careful because there are so many unknowns." (butt to) "if you have a trip planned to one of these areas postpone it." baker plans to return to missionary work once she's recovered. health officials have confirmed a patient contracted the zika virus through a blood transfusion. there have been a few cases of sexual transmission reported. now doctors say a hospital patient in brazil contracted the mosquito-borne virus last year after a blood transfusion. the american red cross and american association
