charged in the first bust this weekend on middlesex avenue. detectives say evidence from that investigation led them to the second location across the street. 31 year old michael adkins and 43 year old dana chandonnet are in jail charged in last night's bust. 10 on your side's deanna leblanc is live in newport news with the latest in the investigation. the two suspects you mention, michael adkins and dana chandonnet declined our interview request. as did a third person, autumn wells, who was arrested after a meth lab was found in her home on sunday. police say this is the home that 28 year old wells was living in off middlesex road in newport news. you can see now - the sign on the door says the house is unsafe for human occupation. police went to the home sunday for a report of home invasion and found meth making materials. they now say that evidence found in the home led them to an apartment across the street. this is video from last night, as police searched that apartment.

is $2, but not paying the bill meant fines in the thousands for some. there are 12 toll facilities in virginia. vdot handles violations for only four of them...the only one in hampton roads is at the coleman bridge. according to virginia law a driver can be taken to court if he or she fails to pay a toll bill. but according to vdot they only take drivers to court if they have 3 or more violations. the violations are open to fees and penalties being added. before the hearing started a vdot representative worked to settle the bills. for some people who showed up in court the judge even dismissed some of the violations. even still, it's hard for people who have to travel the coleman bridge for work. with manufacturing methamphetamine. 10 on your side's deanna leblanc has been talking to people in the neighborhood. deanna, what did you find out? for the most part - no one wanted to talk to us. the neighborhood is mostly made up of long time homeowners who didn't want their home to get a bad reputation. they say the home where police responded sunday has been an eye sore and a blight - and they're glad police made the arrest. this is the first home on middlesex road - that neighbors say 28 year old autumn wells rented in junk in the front yard and them sitting out front and all that kind of stuff. other neighbors tell me wells had big parties in the front yard. now - the sign on the door says the home is unsafe to live in - after police say they discovered meth materials there sunday ballard: 01;00 it's kind of odd because we don't usually have that kind of stuff happen around here, and it was just different

what was even harder for neighbors like ballard to imagine - was this scene from last night. a second meth bust - just steps from wells' home - at an apartment complex. this is officer holly mcpherson last night: 7:51:30 through the investigation of the incident on sunday they them to this particular apartment. 7:51:40 a second meth bust in three days - shakes the quiet neighborhood. police say as they went into the unit - a car pulled into complex - then turned around. after a brief pursuit, officers tracked down and then arrested 42 year old dana chandonnet and 31 year old michael adkins. they say the apartment rented by chandonnet also had meth making materials. her 13 year old son and 4 year old daughter also lived inside. we did ask police more about the evidence that connected the two meth labs - we wanted to know if all three suspects know each other
