police came out first, and the hazmat team, around 1:45 this morning. a neighbor told us that people in hazmat suits were looking at plastic bags and bottles full of some kind of pink substance. we have no arrests yet in the case. of problem in the city's plan to help anchor: the hotel is expected to be torn down, and more than a dozen families living there have to go. erin kelly joins us now with how the city is stepping in. reporter: this city says it has met with the families looking for help, all services counselors analyze each situation. they try to come up with a long-term plan so that families can move beyond living in a hotel. >> i didn't know what to think. reporter: that was diana's reaction when she learned that the super eight hotel where she lives and works is shutting down.
