expected to be higher this election cycle. here's ten on your side's erin kelly in virginia beach. we are at windsor woods elementary school -- precinct 13. we've seen a steady stream of people here with less than 2 hours until polls close. earlier today we were at precinct 92 -- little neck. by 1pm, they had a turnout of about 23% with more than 400 voters. the registrar's office says they had no issues. we talked to a first time voter who was casting her ballot. molly rumble - voter it's kind of our you don't really have a place to complain about what the outcomes are. the registrar's office says the last time we had a dual primary, the turnout for all of virginia beach was about 32%. for the general election -- the turnout is between 65 and 70 percent. that's the latest in virginia beach, erin kelly, 10 on your side. so far then, not the high turnout that we had expected, but there is still time,

it's called super tuesday for a reason! so far -- only a handful of states have had primaries -- or caucuses -- and only a small percentage of the delegates have been allocated -- for both parties. two percent on the democratic side -- and five percent on the republican side. after tonight -- that goes up quite a bit. to nearly a quarter of the delegates being allocated for the democrats -- and about 30 percent for the gop. today more than 14 hundred delegates are up for grabs. virginia has 109 democratic delegates -- and 49 republican. after today -- the next big contest is march 15th. that's when voters in florida -- illinois -- missouri -- north carolina -- and ohio will head to the polls -- with more than a thousand

"lawful tools" to get access to the killers phone. now to a follow up on a about yesterday -- the 14-year-old accused school cafeteria made his first court appearance today. the teen is charged with two counts of attempted murder and making terrorist threats. his attorney entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. two students were shot but are expected to make a full recovery. the school was closed today. officials say they'll provide additional support for students when they return tomorrow.
