breaking news about a murder case from last may. u-s marshals caught the last three suspects wanted in the murder of a 17- year-old in portsmouth last year authorities found rodderick britt, andre keel, and jalon trotter hiding out in atlanta together. they were hiding out in an apartment. the three are accused of killing 17-year-old jayzayvia hill in may of last year. two others were hurt in the shooting. the suspects were originally arrested for the crime last year. but, the original charges against the suspects were nolle processed, and they were released. the commonwealths attorney decided to bring up the charges again earlier this month. all five suspects in the case are now in jail. samking beale and raykwuan short turned themselves in earlier this month. later this afternoon, jesse matthew junior will be in court in abermarle county. he is expected to plead guilty to the murders of two college students. the prosecutor announced last week matthew will take the plea deal to avoid the death penalty. matthew

hannah graham and 20-year-old morgan harrington in charlottesville. graham was a u-v-a student. she disappeared in september 20-14. harrington went to virginia tech and disappeared after a concert at u-v-a in 2009. matthew is already serving life in prison. a jury convicted him in june of last year for a sexual assault that happened in 2005. 10 on your side's erin kelly is in abermarle county for today's plea hearing. she'll give you a full report of what happened in the court room starting on wavy news 10 at 4. we're following developments in an earthquake in indonesia. tsunami warning after the seven-point-nine magnitude quake hit off the western coast of sumatra. the u-s geological survey says the quake centered about six miles below the surface of the indian ocean. the earthquake itseld was far from land, so damage wasn't too severe. but, officials still warned residents in coastal areas to get away from shore, in case a

forecast. a teenager in tennesee is in jail today. shooting several people in his family, all because he didn't want to go to school. investigators say the suspect's grandmother tried to wake him up for school. that caused the 16-year-old to go into a rage. police say he grabbed a bullets hit his grandmother, his 12- year-old sister, and six-year-old nephew. fortunately, they are all expected to recover from their injuries. neighbors say shootings happen often where they live.

the fan just laughed it off, probably because if you can afford courtside seats, you should have no trouble affording the expensive drafts. a reunion in utah a woman never thought would happen. meridee mcfalls was shoveling snow outside her house, when her wedding ring slipped off her finger. it got buried in the snow. she posted pictures of it on social media, and used a metal detector in hopes of finding the ring, but had no luck. it wasn't until two months later the snow melted and a group of high school boys found it laying on the ground. the teens found a way to track it back to meridee.
