this is such a fundamental difference on the critical issue of building roads. the two sides are so far apart they set aside the bill cool off come back and try to get a compromise that will happen later this afternoon tonight at six, del. part of the story tonight at six. police arrested three more suspects new information in a portsmouth homicide investigation. three more suspects are in custody for the shooting death of a teenager. u-s marshals say they found rodderick britt, andre keel, and jalon trotter hiding out this morning in an atlanta apartment. the three are accused of killing 17-year-old jayzayvia hill in may on deep creek boulevard. two others were hurt in the shooting. the suspects were originally arrested for the crime last year. but, the original charges were nolle processed, and the suspects were released. the commonwealths attorney

decided to bring up the charges again last month. all five suspects in the case are now in jail. samking beale and raykwuan short turned themselves in earlier this month. we now know who died in a marina fire in urbanna. state police identified 75-year-old francis blantz and 65-year-old julia blantz as the victims at dozier's port urbanna marina. friends say they were living on their boat while their home was under renovation. the fire destroyed 21 boats on monday. police are investigating it as arson. a petty officer 3rd class secretly recording seven co- workers in a restroom. ricardo pilola admitted recordings that happened between march 2013 and march 2014 on a barge where sailors worked while the aircraft carrier enterprise underwent defueling in newport news. pilola will be confined two years, be reduced to a seaman recruit and be dishonorably discharged from the navy.

we are following developing news out of albemarle county. jesse matthew junior will not face the death penalty for two murder cases -- but he will never get out of prison. a judge sentenced him to four consecutive life terms. today he admitted he abducted and killed two college students. 10 on your side's erin kelly was in the packed courtroom -- where it was an emotional day for several families. erin, you've been going through court documents in these cases? witnesses say graham told matthew on the night of her disappearance -- "i'm not getting in that car with you!" and sounded frightened. and that he showed a pattern of physically invasive and inappropriate behavior toward women. 18-year-old hannah graham was a uva student who disappeared in september 2014. police found her remains the next month on an abandoned property in her daughter's body like a bag of trash - and that each day is that much darker without her. morgan harrington was a va tech student who vanished after attending a metallica concert at uva in 2009. authorities
