weekends in lockup after driving on a suspended license. as they traveled down the beltway, his sister demanded for him to pull over and get out. documents side to witnesses that saw them fighting. both observed a vehicle slowing down in the right hand lane and a bag being tossed out. it turned out to be her purse. one woman told police that a woman was thrown out of the vehicle. the defendant told investigators a different story. >> she claims she jumped out of the vehicle. he got scared, continued on, picked up his mother, went to the northwest hospital thinking that she was there and then went home. >> police > rashid hall -- police arrested rashid hall at his house.
