their school would not re-open in the fall. >> this place has been my home for the past three years and it's all gone. i've worked so hard to be here and it's all gone. everything is done. >> and while the shock has worn off the fight has only just begun. >> sunday morning sturents and school supporters stood outside the immaculate conception church and peacefully protested the closure. >> we're a very energetic group, and we're going to do it. we're going to do what we can. >> a spokesperson says the school is financially in the red and in the last decade the school has only lost 26 students but in the last few weeks 81 students have left around with tuition being their only source of income this left them and questioned the diocese math. >> you don't get in $650,000 debt in two months. it takes a while of financial

legal experts say with that many potential litigants the number of liability claims are expected to rise for months and possibly years. legal analysts say damages could run into the tens of millions and as negligence is proven punitive damages could stretch into the hundreds of millions of -- and a woman accuse of killing her daughters and living with their decomposing daughters bodies found in january of 2008 when marshal's arrived at her home the carry out an eviction. authorities say the girls had been dead since the previous summer. her trial begins on monday. >> and an fbi profiler determined in january lofton and her daughter found shot to death inside their locked home and in march the body of a

>> it was a beautiful day outside today, and we saw a few scattered thunderstorms mainly down to the south and that is where they will stay and a few scattered rain showers and thunderstorms out towards ocean city mainly to the north of there. we could see a rumble of thunder moving through the overnight hours. a problem for late tomorrow night as well. we're getting into this pattern where we we're seeing -- let's take a look at our satellite picture and you can see this massive storm system mainly just now off to our south and west and that is where we will stay, high pressure is trying to move in and allowing for clear skies from baltimore to the north. the big story is the big relief we're seeing in the humidities. these dew point temperatures give us an idea of how much is in the atmosphere. dew points in the 1970's is when it feels oppressive.

dew points are mainly in the -- from b.w.i. to the north it is absolutely gorgeous outside with that low humidity. just south of that front it's going to feel muggy even down towards ocean city and down towards cambridge with those dew point temperatures up. temperatures right now mainly in the upper 70's. a few spots, b.w.i. annapolis and cambridge 73 in salisbury. we hit 9059 both the airport and downtown. typically this time of year we see temperatures in the mid and upper 80's. for tonight partly cloudy skies 60-68 degrees. it's going to be pleasant. the big question is this stationary down through monday? we expect it to stay far enough down we won't see thunderstorms but if it jogs north a few friends in the southern part of our state could see a few
