on the train is around. >> we have more on the search for the person. >> they have surveillance footage of the witness they are looking for. the images were captured on board the train that killed two 17 rolls on july 5. -- 17 year-old boys. it occurred on july 5. police say they want to talk to demand because of where he was sitting on the train. because of the investigation, they are not revealing exactly where that was. >> we know that he was sitting in such a position that he may have seen or experienced something in the area that he was sitting that could help us provide -- help us with the information we need to continue our investigation. >> no comment as to whether the driver is a suspect in this case. they are asking for information

on this witness and asking him to come forward. any information you have that could help them with the investigation would be helpful. please give them a call. wbal tv 11 news. it was a busy morning for baltimore county police after responding to two separate shootings that left four people wounded. they investigated the scene of a double shooting. one man was shot in the chest and rushed to shock trauma. another person was shot in the arm. a third person believed to be involved was not hurt and fled from the scene. one hour earlier, they were searching for suspects in a shooting in essex. one victim was found in an apartment building there. another was found not far from the scene. police are still investigating it these incidences are related.

deadly were forced to open fire on a driver near the nation's capital. a man sped away when he was asked to stop near the capitol grounds. the man hit two officers with his car before crashing into a police group. he held up a hell -- handgun, and the officers opened fire. he was dead at the hospital. the officers had minor injuries. cell phones in prison as some people urging legislation that would jam cell phone use by prisoners. the board is saying the inmates tried to coordinate gang activity and drug-related activities on the streets purcellville. the murder of one person was a range from an inmate who ordered a hit on the person. there are concerns that the jamming of the cell phones would interfere with legitimate uses of the cells such as for
