the liquor store has been robbed before. >> there is a video tape inside the store of the outside and detectives are taking a look to see what else they can find. >> a neighbor that called 911 says the operator asked to check his pulse and give him cpr. he says the stock -- the side entrance is a criminal getaway route of choice. camera's point to the parking lot. >> there is no reason to shoot him. none. i just hope that baltimore county finds them and does what deserves to happen to them. >> what provoked the shooting is unclear. the suspects fled the store on foot empty-handed.

anyone with information is urged to call the baltimore county police department. >> sentencing today for a second man in connection with the murder of carl lackl. he was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences plus 55 years in prison. patrick byers used a cell phone to call frank goodman and offered to pay him $25,000 in the murder of carl lackl. byers was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences. baltimore city police have identified the man found dead inside of a car in northeast baltimore. the 25-year-old was shot and his body was found yesterday inside of a car. police have not released in motive or a suspect. >> the librarian committee is sending a leader back to the country for burial. joseph woah-tee's killers on

cases to increase this fall. unlike seasonal flu, h1n1 flu has continued to circulate among young children and pregnant women. vaccine production is on track should be started soon. officials are continuing to monitor the virus in the southern hemisphere where cases have increased significantly as they begin their flu season. plain old-fashioned baking soda is proving to be beneficial. researchers found it slowed down the decline of kidney function by about two-thirds. those taking a supplement were less likely to develop in stage disease which requires dialysis. there was no placebo group, and researchers knew which patients got the supplement.
