city fire crews said two adults and seven children showed symptoms consistent with the poisoning. after taking their samples, they traced the source to a faulty water here. we are told firefighters are working with the apartment management to address that problem. and, good evening, everyone. i am kate amara in for deborah weiner this evening. breaking details about the case of a man accused in a shooting. that man is still in a hospital under police guard. the shootout unfolded yesterday morning. our 11 news reporter is live at shock trauma which new information. kim? >> well, kate, they just released the name of a suspect and the names of the officers were wounded in yesterday's gun battle. one officer was sent home from a hospital yesterday, and the other officer is still here at shock trauma. he is in stable condition and expected to be in a hospital for a least a few more days after undergoing surgery.

he was shot in the chest, stomach, and art. this was at the intersection at edmonson and with more on the other side. they're called for a domestic dispute. while one officer was injured during the victim, the suspects, at the 34-year-old, came back and began shooting. they radioed in the vehicle description. the officer pulled up behind that vehicle, and sinclair walked up to the car and started shooting. the officer was able to return the gunfire, shooting sinclair and the arm. he is still in shock trauma and is expected to be ok. officials say he will go straight into police custody. >> he does have, i understand, a fairly extensive arrest record. we are still piecing together what convictions he might have been trying to do our due diligence there. homicide investigators are handling that. >> >> officials say he will be
