that is the latest. >> of our big story this morning. we received an overwhelming response to a story thorazine on a 11 news. three children all under the age of 12 were arrested for theft. most of you agree with the baltimore city police department. today the mayor is weighing in on the incident. it is causing a great deal of conversation. a man caught three boys stilling bike parts from his yard. they were picked up by police and taken to a detention facility. there were not charged. there were released a few hours later. their parents say the police went too far. the boys were handcuffed. we spoke with a child psychiatrist to ask them questions. >> police were following their policy. if you ask me, i might have handled it a little differently.

securing $3 billion worth of financing from debt holders. it is paying an annual interest rate of the least 30% of that loan. -- 13% of that loan. according to people familiar with the matter, it rejected a $2 billion loan from eight rival lender. it needs more than $7 billion to continue operating all over the next 12 months. they are scrambling to find alternative funding. it could have a ripple effect on the economy if it does file for a good seat. u.s. stocks rising. caterpillar's earnings tripled analyst estimates. the nasdaq is a tent in a row -- the longest winning streak in 12 years. we are watching the fed debate
