street. the victim suffered minor injuries. the police say it was the error of the pedestrian. >> a fire broke out just after 6:00 last night. fire crews say the flames started and in the unit. the heat melted the sighting on an adjacent unit. no one was hurt. >> to baltimore city firefighters were taken to the hospital after battling a fire. it occurred at a home on st. matthew's street. the residents escaped unharmed. the cause of the fire was electrical. >> in this morning's educational olmert, the state department has released its annual list of dangerous schools. eight schools made the list.

the remaining schools include these. the schools had a number of children who were suspended or expelled for having things such as weapons. students who attend these schools have the opportunity to transfer to other schools if they wish. elementary school math scores have increased over the years. even with the gate, leaders say more needs to be done to close the gap between minorities, special education, and other students. >> we still have challenges getting students to receive services especially those that might be multiple services to

>> what am i being arrested for? >> that was the scene last year when 18 protesters were arrested up the side of route 24 in bel air. they admit their anti-abortion message is controversial because of their use of graphic roadside posters. the group spoke out yesterday. they are selling for violation of the first amendment right. despite negativity, they will continue to spread their message. >> we are coming back to bel- air. that is beginning monday july 27-friday july 31. our last stop will be bel-air. >> the protesters say they are issuing a warning to bel-air. that raises to our markell question of the day.

it will feel a lot more like the end of summer as the week goes on. a temperature high of 86 degrees in central maryland. we could see some pop up showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. we are off our benchmark for today which is 88 degrees. we will be above that as we head into the weekend. this is a measure of the pollutants in the environment. yellow means that if you are sensitive to items in the environment, and you may want to limit your outdoor activity. there is a small craft advisory on chesapeake bay today. our wind flow is around 15 miles per hour. in 1957, and our record was 101
