her attorney says she is innocent. reporting live, wbal tv 11 news. >> an investigation is underway in the ocean city after a device was found on the beach shortly before 2:00 yesterday afternoon. police evacuated the area while the device was removed. it was an improvised explosive device. the sheriff's office is investigating. >> a prison could be home to dozens of dangerous inmates. they could come to baltimore in the next few years. $10.1 million, that is how much the baltimore city police the permit is set to receive in stimulus fund. it comes at the same time the city is beefing up patrol after a rash of violence over the
