by a judge earlier in may. our reporter is live outside of city hall with the latest. >> prosecutors say the original indictment against the mayor which was filed back in a few months ago will be wiped out and replaced with today. there are more details which may have something to do with the mayors ex-boyfriend who cut a plea deal. >> right now, i am focusing on running the city and serving the citizens of baltimore. that is what i will continue to do. >> she had a back right -- bike ride earlier today and appeared calm, cool and collected. three counts of theft, three counts of fraudulent misappropriation, take house of perjury, and one count of misconduct -- two counts of

he killed one of the guards. a person stepped a 19 year-old on a basketball court. -- stabbed a 19 year-old on a basketball court. police say the victim was stabbed five times. no word on his conviction -- condition or a motive. baltimore city health officials have confirmed an outbreak of the swine flu at a training conference being held here. there are 11 confirmed cases and three suspected cases of the virus. the conference wraps up tomorrow. the centers for disease control are deciding who gets the vaccine first when they become available. it should be ready in october. they say those most at risk would be first in line. it includes pregnant women,

take the politics out of it and start doing something for the future of this country. >> he later delivered a similar message to a crowd of supporters in virginia. it appears that his health-care reform bill is a step closer to passing. lawmakers agreed on some big compromises, one which involves a small businesses and in the way they provide health care for their employees. our reporter is light in the studio to explain. >> these blue dogs had blocked votes on his health-care plan and the house. but with their proposal changes, it could get those democrats on board. the bill would have the support to pass. more support is gaining for the plan after some changes by the conservative blue dog democrat. >> this is a victory on our part and also on every member of

congress. >> the compromise come on requirements for small businesses. the blue dogs have a new version were 86% of small businesses will be exempt from a clause. businesses with a payroll of $500,000 a year or more will have to shell out for health care. the previous requirement was $250,000. >> someone with that type of peril is not a big company. -- payroll is not a big company. >> this man agrees with the change. he has seven employees in place 100% of their health-care coverage. it is the duty of the employer to make sure the employees are taking care of. but it is hard for them as prices went up a 30% last year.

she was stunned to find baltimore city police officers at the door of her home. >> there were five police officers at my door. one of them was carrying a shotgun saying that i had made calls saying there were gunshots being a buyer at a house on the street. i told them i did not make any calls. >> a police officer told her her never came up in the caller id at the 911 center. >> i was wondering what was happening. somebody was able to get into my funds -- phone somehow. i did not see how they could do that. >> she found out that the call to 911 originated from a legal website which allows you to manipulate the number that comes up on caller id. you can plug in any number you want.
