of baltimore. >> this after earlier in the day, new indictments against the mayor were confirmed. she faces a laundry list of previous and new charges, including three counts of theft, three counts of fraudulent misappropriation, two counts of perjury, one count of misconduct. the indictment is a very specific details concerning items that developer ronald lipscomb gave it to dixon when they were dating, from for croats to thousands of dollars in cash. we asked to the mayor if she was concerned that lipscomb, who cut a deal with prosecutors last month to avoid bribery charges, may have provided prosecutors with this information. do you feel any different this time around, considering the circumstances and where the prosecution is supposedly getting information from? >> i feel no different again, i'm just staying focused. >> the indictment said that dixon and never report the gifts given to her in ethics filings

the senate get their way, it states could lose federal dollars if they don't ban it texting while driving. but with this 25% of the federal highway financing. the transportation secretary would be required to issue guidelines within six months of the bill becoming law. recent studies show that there is a significant increase in crashes when drivers are texting to is already against the law in maryland. general motors has decided to get back into the leasing business. the auto maker said it stopped leasing cars in august because of a steady decline in retail values. gm plans to offer various models across its brands. they hope to restart the leasing program august 1. a bill that would give the fda more ability to protect the food supply has failed in the house. it would increase funding to the
