asked for it. -- her boyfriend gave her cash. those new details, sources say, came from lipscomb himself. he is cooperating with prosecutors. it leaves unanswered where the rest of the cash may have come from. according to the indictment, their cash deposits totaling $8,000 to dickson's account in the weeks before and after of the big american express payment was due. if at most lips and gave her 5000, the remaining $3,000 had to come from another source. the indictment does not identify one. sources familiar with the case say it is one question has not been answered. >> we tried to ask her about it today. her lawyer would not answer. part of the american express bill was paid by her driver with

faces seven years in prison, bud he adds it is unlikely she would get a jail sentence. >> there is continuing coverage of the new indictments on our website, wbaltv.com. in other news tonight, and prosecutors say a middle school teacher arrested for sending text messages to a 15-year-old boy has been indicted on new charges. jonathan dicker was indicted on 18 counts, including sex offense and sodomy. the new charges involve a 14- year-old boy and the alleged offenses happen between march 2007 and april 2008. he with a physical education teacher. he remains behind bars. tonight we know the identities of three people killed when their car collided with a street sweeper in whitewash. the accident happened monday morning as the car turned.

police say the victims were darlene cardwell and 19 year-old katrina morrisey. they were returning home to pennsylvania. dozens of howard county residents came together to call for changes on route 32. members of a group organized the event. they said thousands of cars and travel that stretch of highway and there needs to be safety measures in place to prevent future tragedies. organizers pointed to an accident last month on route 32 where a mother and son were killed when their minivan hit a truck. >> every time someone did seriously injured again, or in this case, unfortunately, someone died, it just brings everything back up again, all the motions, all the issues. >> authorities are calling for red lights or the creation of passing and no passing zones.

if you use the on ramp for i-70 in woodlawn, you have already noticed the changes in traffic patterns. state officials have closed a couple of lines to deter illegal street racing. it is in response to an accident last month were two people were killed waiting to watch an illegal race. the maryland state highway administration and state police have closed two lanes of i-70 westbound and the park and ride to where it meets i-695. >> our number one priority is safety. we are trying to curb the illegal street racing that is taking place in that area. correct barriers will remain in place until further notice. more than 100 dog lovers were out in full force tonight for the first talks about awfully showers in city parks. tonight's talk centered on patterson park. john sherman is alive with more

search warrants were served at the home of michael jackson's dr. conrad murray. investigators think the pop star was an addict. the warrants show authorities were seeking evidence for medical rule infractions including prescribing to an addict. the shell for release of a custody agreement making jackson's mother the permanent guardian of his three children. >> i think this puts to rest a lengthy and protected piece of litigation, and i think the children will benefit from that. >> rowe is the biological mother of the two oldest children. she has agreed not to seek custody, but will get visitation. there is no financial component to the visitation. >> a new government survey finds that many americans are spending what amounts to billions of dollars on alternative therapies. nearly four of every 10 american

it should cross the mountains into our region as early as tomorrow. a lot of wet weather on the way. today in baltimore it was a dry day and a normal day as far as temperatures. nothing in the rain gauge at the airport in the inner harbor. 87 is the normal high. is staying warm tonight. the cloud cover is keeping in temperatures in the 70's to the low 80's. to get any cooling effect in this region. there may be a couple of scattered showers early tomorrow morning. we did see a few showers breaking out in our region in the morning hours. generally a cloudy day with temperatures in the upper 60's to mid 70's. all day long, expect the humidity to be there and the rain chance to be increasing. flood watches are now in new castle county in northern delaware and parts of the west

virginia mountains already under a flood watch. a couple of whether elements coming together to enhance our rain chances. moist air from the south and a cold front. this time around, there is an area of low pressure developing on that front. that enhances the chance for severe storms, and a strong jet stream on the north side of this front tracking of to the great lakes. that means the chance for eight severe thunderstorm increases tomorrow afternoon and evening. targeting this region for strong to severe thunderstorms friday afternoon. isolated tornadoes could break out with the system as it tracks through. you can see some heavy rain in central maryland tomorrow afternoon, indicating strong thunderstorms. by 10:00, all the action is moving off the coast. it clears up the weekend but it clears up in time to start the weekend, but rain could be back in the picture on sunday. showers and storms become likely in the afternoon and evening.

>> police in baltimore county have a warning for bike and minivan owners. be on the alert for thieves. in the last two weeks, six motorcycles were stolen and 12 minivans were either stolen or there was an attempt to steal them. please explain the unlikely connection. >> criminals like to go cruising.
