present in the house, open the doors and windows. get outside and call 911. >> this apartment complex is called the comment at white marsh. it had an earlier scare which involved fire officials back on july 2. this complex is owned by sawyer realty. the cove is owned by them in essex. >> a police officer is on routine desk duty today and a team of matter is under investigation after a police involved shooting on a weekend. responding to a burglary call on garrison boulevard at a market, officers shot a suspect in the head. they say he rushed the officer with a screwdriver. first responders declared the suspect that on the scene. that proved premature a half- hour later. >> after being observed moving

or taking a breath or something, we are not sure, they returned to the location and treated the victim and transported him to a nearby hospital. >> if the suspect is in critical condition. that was not the only case of gunfire on the weekend. in northwest baltimore, one man killed and another wounded as if shots were fired by someone in a white minivan with blue stripes and tinted windows. if it happened at 1:00 yesterday. one victim was an 18 year-old, killed while an unidentified 47 year-old man is expected to survive. no word on a suspect or motive. a silver spring neighborhood is in shock after a pair of robbers burst into a 99 year-old woman department an attacker. two men called a woman and asked her to come to the door to pallota survey. then police say they pushed their way into the house, stealing money and other items. the attack have the neighborhood on edge. though the woman was not seriously injured.

cases involving michael jackson's children and as a state. a judge is expected to sign off today on a deal between jackson's mother and his ex-wife debbie rowe. his mom will get permanent guardianship. debbie rowe had to fight for custody in exchange for the right to visit the children. how and when that happens will be established by a child psychologist. >> if i think the agreement takes into account, a developmental issues of children, psychological interests of these children, especially. it allows them the opportunity, maybe, to have a relationship with their mother, and does so without litigation or publicity and more trauma to an already traumatized situation. >> if the custody case may be little more than a legal formality, but the state hearing could provide fireworks. lawyers for katherine jackson have filed several petitions with the court and have talked publicly about being left out

seriously injured as the plane makes an emergency landing in florida. continental flight 128 hitting to use in the turbulent and was diverted to miami international this morning. 26 passengers injured. 22 people suffered bumps and bruises. four others are in serious condition. in minneapolis there was an airplane that blew five tires. it was able to land without crashing or skidding off the runway. it's unclear why the tyres blue. the pilot reported is predatory overheating. 15 people on board. no injuries. still ahead, it's the number-one cause of injury or senior citizens. we will look at one hospital in louisiana and its innovative technology to help older adults prevent falling. >> there is a nice guy trough over the mid atlantic. i will let you know how hot it's going to be.
