here is a live view of park heights where we are running smoothly. that is the latest. over to you. >> taking a look at some of our top stories this morning, three women are dead and at least nine others are wounded after a man to let loose a broad of gunfire inside a pittsburg health club. the man's name has not been released. it was at the l.a. fitness center in bridgeville where he pulled out two guns and shot several times. he then turned the gun on himself and took his own life. no word on a possible motive. a big fire in michigan last night which look like fireworks. firefighters were trying to detain the fire when the massive explosion sent garros of oil into the air like projectiles.

people within a 1 mile radius were evacuated. investigators say the driver responsible for a long way crashed in a parkway in new york was drunk and under the influence of marijuana. toxicology reports showed that he had a blood alcohol lovell of .19, more than twice the legal limit. he had high levels of marijuana in his blood level. it claimed the life of her and her daughter and three others in an oncoming minivan. correct in this morning's consumer alert, it is never a good thing to get dumped from an oversold flight. if you get a bump on a flight, the airline must pay you the price of a one-way ticket up to $400 cash. if you reschedule to reach your

>> welcome back to 11 news today. attorneys for sheila dixon will be heading back to court this morning. they argue that prosecutors are abusing the secrecy of grand jury proceedings to circumvent previous decisions that led to the dismissal of earlier corruption charges against the mayor. prosecutors say they have done nothing wrong. federal investigators are joining the case of a baltimore couple charged of running a child pornography ring. the victims are ranging in ages two-13 years old. the abuse crossed state lines and occurred in a hotel room in atlanta. the fbi is getting involved. the couple is charged with killing chao pornography and
