chilly -- a very chilling video tape. >> what the videotape shows is the two young men walking on the tracks and the train approaches them and then you see the two young men disappear. >> now that the investigation is complete, we get an idea and what police were looking at. the boys were killed after walking on the tracks. the investigation showed that cell phones and illegal substances had nothing to do with the accident, but son blair and the sharpness of the track where there were hit, the driver did not see them. the driver did stop after they hit him. >> he had to take some corrective measures. he did not know what he had struck. >> i will tell you, they left

>> a six year-old boy is resting at home after being struck while riding his bike. officials say that he somehow hit the side of a vehicle around 7:30 p.m. last night. he was treated and released from johns hopkins children's center. the search continues for a hit and run driver who struck a police officer in east baltimore last night. police say that he was approaching a car when the driver through the car in reverse, hitting the officer in the leg. it happened just before midnight. a passenger in the car was also injured. the woman was dragged after she was trying to get out of the car. no word on her condition. the officer suffered minor injuries. >> tonight, the reward for

travel after the crash. investigators still have not revealed how fast they thought the carjacker was going. his car struck the victim in the middle of that intersection. witnesses say that her car went airborne and then flipped over and over and over before finally coming to a stop between a tree and a fence. a big crash did not slow down the carjacker. the car kept going in this direction. finally, coming to a stop, in part because of the trees to grow here. this twisted piece of metal is the consequence of a car director -- carjacker fleeing police. a 23 year-old mother of a 6- year-old daughter was returning from main doctor's appointment when the suspect slammed into her.

charged because he is still being treated. the victim lived in the area all her life after graduating from a local high school. she is survived by her parents to sisters and her 6-year-old daughter. >> according to a source, officers were advised not to get in front of the suspect's car because it was traveling too fast. the suspect faces numerous charges, including carjacking, manslaughter and reckless endangerment. >> the sniper convicted for terrorizing been maryland tristate area back in 2002 along with his teenage accomplice will not be getting out of jail. a three judge panel has upheld his conviction. they rejected his argument that he was not competent to act as his own attorney because he was mentally impaired.
