--www.ncicap.org-- >> the big story tonight, police identified the two killed in a plane crash in carroll county. it went down around 7:30 in a field a quarter mile from bucks keymar airpark. we have the very latest. >> police say the two killed were the pilot, robert kociemba, and his friend, letty williams. federal look bushels are still on the scene trying to piece together just -- federal investigators are still on the scene trying to piece together just what happened. troopers got the call that a small aircraft went down in a field a quarter mile from the keymar airpark. >> the aircraft was found in this cornfield. two were on board and they were both deceased. >> the victims are in man and woman. the troopers were in the process of contacting their families.

a man flying the plane was an experienced pilot who had flown from the same place many times before and they are not sure why the plane went down. >> the crash will be investigated by the faa and the ntsb. we do not know the cause right now. we believe they have recently taken off from the keymar airpark. the aircraft crashed. >> the plain is a golden circle air t-bird ii. the faa moved to the wreckage to a hangar at the keymar airpark to try and figure out just what caused the crash. investigators have not given us any indication of how long it will be before they determine that cause. coming up at 11:00, we will have reaction from the owner of the airport about the man who was killed and the very latest on the investigation. wbal-tv 11 news. >> tragically in -- tragedy in

the sky of new york city. michael bloomberg believes nine are dead after plane and helicopter collided in mid-air before falling into the hudson river. we have more from hoboken. >> the debt limit their collision between a tour helicopter rent small plane occurred mid day over the hudson river between manhattan and hoboken. >> sadly, it appears to was that this was probably not survivable. >> in all, nine people died, including five italian tourists on board the sightseeing helicopter and a child passenger on the plane. witnesses say the plane and helicopter were flying low over the water before the crash. >> looked like they collided. they hit the water. it got quiet. >> officials say the initial investigation shows the airplane might have hit the back of the helicopter. >> instead of the helicopter going straight, it appeared to be going that way.

that is exactly what it did and went into the water. >> the helicopter had just taken off. in new jersey, a piper aircraft took off from another airport. weather conditions were mild and clear. both were flying below 1,000 feet, a common practice throughout this area. >> there is no requirement that they communicate at all. >> divers recovered one body from the wreckage and another floating in the water after the crash. workers are in two locations, working to remove more victims. visibility in the waters is only two feet. the collision site is to the south of where the u.s. airways jet made the miracle landing seven months ago. >> this is not going to have a happy ending like wendy airbus went down on the river where everybody survived. >> investigators say as long as it is safe, divers will work into the night. investigators are expected on

we typically see 86 degrees. 102 was a record set in 2007. we will not get that form, but we will get closer to the next few days. the top 83 today. by tomorrow, we will get to 95. monday, 97. tuesday, 95. this would be officially a heat wave, three consecutive days above 90 degrees. the big story will be the humidity that will come with the heat. it will feel like over 100 degrees in some locations sunday and monday. late tuesday evening, the heat will break with storms. here is what you can expect for sunday. if you're heading down to d.c., it will feel like 100 degrees. anywhere west of i-95 is going to feel like anywhere from 95 up to 100 degrees. take into account the temperatures and adding in the humidity and getting the heat index. down towards the beaches, we're expecting it to feel between 90

scandal. for the last week and a half, david ortiz was one of the guys who tested positive for performance enhancing drugs in 2003 before there were penalties in place. it took him a week and a half to finally meet the media. it is interesting he picked a weekend and did not do it in boston to plead is innocent. >> i would never buy steroids or use steroids. i use a lot of supplements and biden. -- and vitamins. i have confidence in supplements and things. i never used or bought any steroids. >> there you go. the ravens' continue to go through training camp getting ready for the first preseason game against the redskins. you can see it right here. do not expect to see much of this. willis magahey.
