in her home. >> the victim was a 59 year-old woman. she says people need to step up and get involved. >> it happened in the same neighborhood where five world wave and a riot -- raven wyatt was shot. our reporter is live with the latest. >> unless you live in a neighborhood where gunshots ring out everyday, it is hard to understand the mentality of the people who live there every single day of their lives were better shots are a part of their daily lives. here is a man opening fire in broad daylight. five year-old raven wyatt was shot in the head in the crossfire. you did the people standing nearby and they never seemed to flat. we sat down with one doctor.

harbor tunnel traffic looks good. that is our only accident this morning. the rest of the major roadways look good. it may be still slick out there. be careful. let's see what is going on as far as the buses and the trains. >> we are looking pretty good out on the buses. no major delays. a number of divergence due to road construction. the 15 best with a diversion -- 15 bus with a diversion. light rail is on time. metro subway is on time. we are looking good right now. back to sandra shaw. >> most of the showers and storms have moved offshore.

not anything to get over the state right now. it was a different situation yesterday on the eastern shore. the upper level low has been hanging out in our area. whisk it is still a bit unsettled today. more showers and storms. some patchy fog in the meantime. 72 degrees downtown. 77 degrees in ocean city. the forecast calls for a high of 84 degrees. we will see a lot of clout around there. -- calllouds around there. not everyone will see the storms. the flash flood watch is on the eastern shore. the winds out of the northeast. temperatures in the low 80's on the waters.

a high of about 82 degrees at the airport. 99 degrees was the record high. 54 degrees with the record low. tonight's forecast is still unsettled with showers and storms around. 63 degrees in outlying areas. a pretty normal temperature range. high pressure is building in by tomorrow. it will take a day for this upper level low to fully get out of our area. we will be a little bit unsettled today. partly cloudy tomorrow. let's take a look at the tropical depression. it is more than 2,000 miles from bermuda. it will pick up some steam and probably be the first tropical storm of the season named anna.
