t-shirt, he was easily recognizable as michael phelps. police say he was driving a cadillac escalade and collided with a honda. >> we'll look at everything, whether alcohol was a factor, red lights. >> police say they do not believe alcohol was a factor in that crash. phelps and his waffers were not injured -- passengers were not injured, according to police. the woman in the honda was taken to the hospital as a precaution. you will hear later from someone in the neighborhood who says crashes are common at that intersection and why. >> a fatal hit-and-run case involving a bike livet lift. -- bicyclist. police say they don't believe
