we have tire reads the blocking the right lanes near harford. that's it for now. >> our big story this morning baltimore city police have a pair of teens in custody now in connection with a hate crime that sent a 76-year-old man to the hospital. >> meanwhile the victim's wife is speaking out on camera for the first time about this shocking act of violence. 11 news reporter jennifer franciotti is live with details. >> good morning self proclaimed white supremist calvin lock they are in is behind bars. they are all charged in this case according to charging documents watson said lockner approached james for water and a cigarette and erupted into racial slurs and violence when he said no allegedly beating the senior citizen with a hammer or bat and then taking off with the boys in their truck. we asked loyola psychologist dr. jay rue how a seemingly

they were all qualityly quick to quarterback rumors that something other than the heat caused the students to collapse. >> we are classifying to it heat-related injury or response. we have no further information. there's been a lot of reports of chemical problems or issues, that is not true. >> after being cooled down at the scene all the affected students were taken to the hospitals for treatment and they are all expected to fully recover. >> new this morning detectives are looking for the gunman who opened fire and wound ad man in west baltimore. shots were reported after 1:00 a.m. and when police arrived they found a single victim suffering from a gunshot wound and no word on the motive. elsewhere in the city police are working to solve the latest murder to hit the books. the victim was schott just after 4:30 yesterday in the 100 block of south island avenue. anyone with information about the deadly shooting should call baltimore police.

>> a mother of three is suing baltimore county police and the police officers after she was tased in front of her children during a traffic shop. doctors say she was driving erratically as she drove down belair road she said she accidentally knocked the officer's flash light out of his hands and that's when the traffic stop got violent. >> like a burning, snapping kind of electricity going through your stomach. i basically said i can't believe you tased me. they wanted me to take a field sobriety test and i said no. you just tased me. i mean, i was out of it. >> leashya says she was tased again as police tried to handcuff her. police charged her with assault, resisting arrest and driving under the influence but a judge threw those charges out and her suit argues police used

this is definitely the warmest start we've had so far this week. showers and storms starting to try to roll through parts of western maryland. light in nature. all this ahead of the cold front making progress in the direction of the mid-atlantic and finally get its way through here by the end of saturday into sunday. so good chance of thunderstorms tomorrow night. 80-81 downtown. 83 right now in ocean city. in the mountains of western maryland a good chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms and ahead of that front we see 80 forecasted high. in the heart of baltimore, 80 degrees and storms at about 60% coverage tonight. today looks like 91 degrees and mostly subpoenay day but on the bay a small craft advisory winds out of the south 10-15
